Ajaxx63 uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping
our products to you. We have made it easy for you. Once
you order a product from Ajaxx63 and are prompted to
enter in your shipping information your actual shipping
cost will automatically be calculated based on the ship
to address from Ajaxx63. You will also be able to choose
your desired delivery speed as follows:
UPS Ground service - 2 to 7 days depending
on region from Seattle
UPS 2nd Day Air - by end of 2nd business day
UPS Next Day Air - next day by 3:00 p.m.
Please note these shipping delivery speeds
is based upon when your order leaves our warehouse.
Please allow three business days from order placement
to start of shipping time. If an item is not available
in our inventory, you will be notified via e-mail. Sales
tax will be added for those ordering in the state of
Washington. Also note that UPS can not ship to PO Box
addresses so please make sure that the shipping address
is an accessible address.
International We normally ship via UPS,however international
UPS is very expensive, starting at $46.00 for the first
pound. Therefore for international orders we ship via
the post office (USPS).
They are much cheaper with rates between $10.00-$25.00
depending on quantity and weight. The shipping speed
usually takes 6-10 days, however they do not provide
a tracking # because once the package leaves this country
it is handled by the post office of the receiving country.
Ajaxx63 also marks the shipment as a gift from us personally
to you without any Ajaxx63 labeling on the outside.
This means you should not be charged duty and taxes
that can cost as much as the items sometimes. Please
order normally through our site choosing 'Email us for
international rates' as a shipping method. This will
not charge you anything for shipping, then once we go
to the post office and ship your package, ajaxx63 will
manually charge your credit card for the shipping they
charge.

Ajaxx63 will accept all returns for any reason if you
are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days
of receipt of your order. You must return your purchase
with its original packing invoice and clearly state
the reason for your return. You will be credited your
original purchase cost less shipping.
If you want to exchange a product purchased for a
different size, please ship the order back to Ajaxx63
and we will exchange the size and pay to ship your order
back to you. If you want to exchange a product purchased
for a different design, please ship the order back to
Ajaxx63. Ajaxx63 will exchange to the new product and
either charge or credit your credit card the difference.
